Mr. Suresh Puri, Executive Director
Mr. Suresh Puri is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience. He has a strong background in hospitality training, having worked with numerous organizations to provide employment opportunities to thousands of youths worldwide. Puri is also a key figure in the spa and wellness industry, having co-founded Tranquility Spa and subsequently expanding it into Malaysia.
With a focus on international market competitiveness, Puri emphasizes the importance of soft skills and has incorporated them into the curriculum of his training programs. His ultimate goal is to establish an International Beauty & Spa Academy (TIBSA) to provide world-class training and prepare students for successful careers in the global spa and wellness industry.
He has studied Tourism Management in first tourism college, NCTTM in Nepal and continued Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland.
Mr. Puri realized importance of Spa and Wellness industry in Europe and he joined the management team of a largest chain of Spas in Nepal, Tranquility Spa. After joining the team he has played a vital role to establish the organization in many luxury hotels. In 2014, Mr. Puri also registered Tranquility Spa and Wellness Company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and planning to establish numerous Spas and run a World Class Training Academy in different part of the World. He thinks that soft Skills, for instance Hospitality English, International norms and values, life skills are equally important to compete in International Market and he has designed the extra curriculum activities accordingly. Mr. Puri hired many international experts and developed the training manuals and Standard Operating Procedures of all the treatment that Tranquility provides.
Now, along with Management Team of Tranquility Spa, Mr. Puri is determined to establish an International Beauty & Spa Academy, TIBSA which will provide training to both Nepalese and foreign nationals. He is very confident that with the combination of right attitude, passion and skill, and the huge demand from international Spa & Wellness Market, trainees will easily get very well paid employment opportunities in all over the World.
